In April, as part of a wide range of media attention, Big Centre TV made a feature marking 10 years since the closure of Rover in Longbridge. Big Centre TV is a local TV channel serving Birmingham, Walsall, Wolverhampton, Solihull and The Black Country. Broadcasting on Freeview channel 8, it launched in February 2015 and brings local news and programmes to the Midlands audience.
After being in the spotlight for featured in a couple of other features on Longbridge, our own Anthony Chaffey was once again called upon to give an interview to share his personal experiences of the closure of Rover and give the business and technological take on the regeneration of the Longbridge area.
