We are thrilled to be celebrating 2 years of being Real Living Wage accredited.

Real Living Wage Explained

The living wage is an independently calculated, voluntary rate which employers choose to pay, aiming to reflect the actual cost of living in the UK.

The Real Living Wage provides a benchmark for employers to ensure their staff earn a livable wage, and is higher than the Government’s statutory Minimum Wage.

Ballyhoo’s Commitment

We are proud to pay our employees a fair and above average wage, and being Real Living Wage accredited allows us to show our commitment to our team and their living conditions.
