Support & Maintenance
Support and maintenance contracts are a cost-efficient way of keeping your website up-to-date, whether you are short on time or lacking the relevant knowledge or experience. Whatever your situation, the team at Ballyhoo can assist you with a range of services, including system upgrades and adding new content, images and files.
Service Level Agreements
For clients with critical systems, high traffic volumes and significant transaction levels, we are also able to offer service level agreements to support you with your websites and online applications to ensure that issues are dealt with promptly and any downtime is kept to a minimum. Any system updates will be scheduled and carried out on your behalf, and we’ll also implement tracking and monitoring to ensure that any issues are nipped in the bud.
For WordPress websites we highly recommend our WordPress Management service, a specialised SLA which provides prompt security updates and compatibility testing for any new versions of your plugins.
Disaster Recovery
Should your website be hacked, or if you experience an outage or security breach, we can identify and resolve your issues, get your website operating fully again and, prevent them from happening again with our Disaster Recovery service.

Clients with support contracts receive priority attention over ad-hoc support requests and we guarantee to carry out your requests within a set timeframe as per your agreement, in most cases we are usually able to make changes for you the same working day.

Preferential Rates
Customers who take out a website support and maintenance agrement or a service level agreement benefit from a reduction in our standard hourly rate. Depending on your requirements, contracts can be from as little as one hour per month with no minimum term. We can increase or reduce your time at any point if you need more or less help, or indeed cancel it if you wish. Logging and monitoring is in place to ensure there are no nasty surprises.
Support Ticketing System
By emailing our dedicated support inbox, your team has access to trained developers who will diagnose issues and carry out requests with skill. You’ll be assigned a unique ticket number which all work is logged against and receive automated updates to keep you in the loop. Any tickets received are cross-checked against a list of authorised users for peace of mind.
