Who Are Bedfordshire Police Federation?
Bedfordshire Police Federation represents the police officers of Bedfordshire, providing resources, offers, announcements and support for staff across the region. Additionally, they have a close relationship with service providers to advertise services specifically for Police members.
The Website Project
Having been clients since 2008, we were thrilled when Bedfordshire Police Federation asked us to redevelop their website this year. In addition to migrating them from Joomla to WordPress, we also embarked on a full website redesign to bring it inline with modern standards, whilst organising content to make it more user friendly, and manageable for site admins.
Ballyhoo Managing Director, Anthony Chaffey, has said, “This project was a slightly different challenge for us. There was a huge amount of content that needed to be audited with a clear vision to ensure only relevant information was displayed. Meanwhile, we had to make sure we provided members with everything they needed so they don’t have to contact the Federation office unnecessarily. We’re thrilled with the result, though, which is a modern, clean and clear website providing a wealth of information to its members so they can help themselves at any time of day or night.”.
