Ballyhoo Launches Mercia Marine Website

Earlier this week Ballyhoo launched a new website for Mercia Marine.

Who Are Mercia Marine?

Mercia Marine specialises in providing boat insurance, marine business insurance and marine trade insurance to the marine leisure sector. Their high-quality customer service allows them to build long-term loyalty amongst customers.

Mercia Marine previously had an outdated website that was in need of an overhaul to bring it into the modern world. We created an easy-to-use and attractive WordPress website, allowing users to make an informed choice and start a quote, as well as login and renew their boat insurance online.

The Website Project

We created a website layout that made content easily digestible and accessible, whilst retaining its current search engine rankings. The site uses bold colours and clear CTAs to encourage visitors to start their insurance quote journey or to log into their account to view documents or renew their insurance policy.

Ballyhoo managing director, Anthony Chaffey, has said, “We’ve enjoyed the challenge of migrating and reorganising a huge amount of content that was important for SEO while keeping a clean interface directing users to the most common tasks. The emotive imagery that we’ve been able to incorporate also looks stunning; we’re really proud of the final result.”
