At approximately 9:00pm on Sunday 26th February 2023 (GMT), we will be updating our server infrastructure. The server will be offline for a maximum of 20 minutes whilst we carry out vital upgrades.
Maintenance
We are moving to a bigger server, which will improve our hosting security and performance, enabling us to continue providing a reliable and robust hosting service for our clients. Unlike other types of maintenance routinely carried out, this update requires the server to be offline for a short time in order for changes to be implemented. To minimise the disruption to our service we have analysed data across our server to choose an appropriate timeslot.
As a Ballyhoo hosting customer you will not have to do anything. Please rest assured that your data will remain secure at all times during this migration.
