Between approximately 4-5am on Saturday 23rd and Saturday 30th September 2023 (BST), we will be upgrading our database server infrastructure. The server will be offline for a maximum of 20 minutes whilst we carry out vital improvements.
Upgrade Information
We will be doing a database software upgrade between 4-5am on Saturday 23rd September 2023.
We will then be carrying out a database hardware upgrade between 4-5am on Saturday 30th September 2023.
These upgrades are essential to ensure that our hosting continues to stay secure, allowing us to continue to provide a reliable and robust hosting service for our clients.
These updates require the server to be offline for a short time to allow for changes to be implemented. To minimise the disruption to our service we have analysed data across our server to choose an appropriate timeslot.
As a Ballyhoo hosting customer you will not have to do anything. Please rest assured that your data will remain secure at all times during this migration.
