UK Athletics Championships

2 – 3rd August

Alexander Stadium in Birmingham welcomes the nations best track and field athletes, including GB & NI’s para athletes, as they battle it out for the UK Championship title and potential selection for the World Championships.

Throughout August

Travel through time, from 66 million years ago to the present day, and encounter the awe-inspiring creatures that roamed the Earth after the extinction of the dinosaurs. This immersive exhibition features six life-sized 3D reconstructions.

5 – 9th August

The NEC welcomes the Beer Festival once again, giving you the opportunity to discover hundreds of unique ales, ciders, perries and craft beers from around the world. A great event to  discover new flavours, as well as enjoy live music.

Birmingham Weekender

23 – 25th August

Returning for August Bank Holiday weekend, the Birmingham Weekender, produced by Birmingham Hippodrome in partnership with Bullring, will fill the city centre with vibrant outdoor installations, thrilling performances, and engaging experiences for all ages. The program highlights the finest local, national, and international artists. No tickets are required.
