Birmingham Frankfurt Christmas Market

The German Market is in full swing, with a range of market stalls, delicious food and drink, and live music. It’s a Brummie tradition!

Home Alone in Concert
9th December
The traditional Christmas film comes to life at Symphony Hall this December, giving you the opportunity to watch the film with live orchestra, so that you can immerse yourself into the heart-warming film.
Polar Express Birmingham
15th, 16th, 20th – 23rd December
Based at Moor Street Station, the Polar Express train takes you on a magical journey to see Santa. Telling the classic story, onboard characters and the famous conductor is a sure way of getting you in the festive spirit.
Santa Safari
22-24 December
West Midlands Safari Park welcomes visitors to enjoy the four mile winter safari and meet the elves to see Santa in his grotto.
Paddington Visits

In case you didn’t know, Paddington is currently in Brum, taking a seat outside the Medicine Terrace at Selfridges, for you to stop and take a selfie.
Christmas Reindeer Trail
Until January
Whilst going to see Paddington, why not see which of Santa’s reindeer you can spot around Birmingham city centre. Track down Dasher, Dancer, Prancer, Vixen, Comet, Cupid, Donner, Blitzen and Rudolph, with each sculpture sporting a different design.
Vintage Sleigh Ride with Santa
Until 23rd December
Immerse yourself in a magical winter wonderland, with a vintage sleigh ride pulled by two reindeer, at Coventry Transport Museum. You can also meet Santa, visit his workshop for fun festive activities and free admission to the museum for the day.
