4th – 8th Oct

Grand Designs Live returns to Birmingham NEC, featuring the latest in ideas, innovation and home project guidance. There will be a range of exhibitors, experts and live talks, including free expert advice and even a champagne bar! The exhibition is split into four zones – build, kitchens & bathrooms, gardens and interiors, making it easy for you to navigate the show like a pro.

Birmingham Comedy Festival

6th – 15th Oct

Ready to let your hair down and have a laugh? Birmingham Comedy Festival is back for 10 days of joy, showcasing the biggest names in stand-up comedy, including a number of West Midlands born and bred comedians.

Birmingham Literature Festival

5th – 8th Oct

The Birmingham Literature Festival returns to Brum, featuring writers, speakers, thinkers, activists and artists from the UK and across the world.

The festival runs over a few days, creating opportunities for everyone to come along and take part in all of the various events.

Oktoberfest Food Fest 2023

7th Oct

Birmingham Oktoberfest Food Fest takes place on 7th October in Digbeth, celebrating a mixture of food and drinks stalls, with a beer hall showcase the very best of German beer! The festival will also feature live music, to create the very best Bavarian atmosphere.

SewBrum 2023

21st October

The 10th anniversary of SewBrum, and this year it’s even bigger and better than previous years. In addition to a market space full to the brim of crafty businesses, there’s also a raffle, fabric and pattern swap, handmade garments swap, and of course many social spaces to chat with like minded people and time to work on your sewing or knitting project.
