Top Creative Companies Award

The awards recognise studios and creative companies that have built supportive and inspiring workplaces, looking directly at three main elements:

  • Culture – considering recognition, collaboration, inclusion, and the environment
  • Craft – recognising the value of creativity, and how projects impact the outcome of team ideas
  • Leadership – reviewing the workplace structure as a whole, and how leadership impacts them team

After being nominated, we were required to fill out a form as an employer, gathering details on policies and business practices, with all employees then needing to submit answers to a survey on how they feel supported, and how the business facilitates creative work.

There were 800 participants to the surveys worldwide, and we are among just 25 winners.

The award takes into consideration:

  • Employee satisfaction
  • Flexible working hours
  • Holiday allowances
  • Extra leave
  • Sustainability
  • Employee and business growth

The goal of these awards is to celebrate companies that go above and beyond for their teams, with a focus on healthier workplaces that allow employees to strive and grow, by encouraging collaboration, creativity and wellness.

Creative Industry Reports

If You Could then used survey data to create two insight reports, one providing statistics on workplace standards, and the other gathering feedback from employees for employers to learn from.
