Earlier this week Ballyhoo launched a website for Circle Financial Services.
Who Are Circle Financial Services?
Circle Financial Services delivers financial planning advice and specialist independent research services to clients across the UK, ensuring robust methodology and analysis is undertaken prior to any advice being provided.
Circle’s original website had experienced issues, leading them to seek our Disaster Recovery Service. This resulted in moving their content to a temporary static website to mitigate the issues, however this did not allow them to edit or manage content. We therefore needed to create a WordPress website with security at the heart of the site, allowing admins to edit and add content when needed. This was also an opportunity to refresh and modernise the design with a fully custom WordPress theme.
The Website Project
We created a sophisticated website using WordPress – a content management system allowing admins to add and edit content as and when needed. What’s more, the website now has strong security in place, preventing potential errors that the client had experienced on their original website.
The new website mirrors the current website structure, with page redirects in place ensuring that existing search engine rankings are maintained.
Ballyhoo managing director, Anthony Chaffey, has said, “We wanted to provide Circle Financial Service with better value for money than just converting their static site to work on a CMS. So, we set about identifying and resolving all of the issues we could which led us to completely redesigning and rebuilding the site.
