From 6th June 2024, if an Early Access app becomes an Additional Google Service, as an admin you can now choose whether it should be automatically enabled or disabled for all accounts.
Additional Services Settings
In your Google Workspace account, you can navigate to ‘New products’ under the ‘Release preferences’ section and toggle this setting to turn on or off to release new products. Based on this preference, if an Early Access app becomes an Additional Google Service, it will be automatically enabled or disabled.
It is advised to turn this setting on, to allow users to have access to new services.
