Zapier
Zapier is a service that allows users to integrate web applications and automate workflows. It is used to automate tasks across over 5,000 apps – including popular social media platforms. For example, we use Zapier to send us Slack notifications when users engage with our Facebook posts – ensuring that we never miss a thing!
Zendesk
Zendesk is a service-first CRM software designed to improve customer relationships, through a variety of services and sub-products. We use Zendesk on a daily basis to manage support tickets that we receive from clients. It allows us to assign tickets (tasks) to team members, and keep track of the progress made for each task.
Zeta
Zeta Alarms are a manufacturer of early warning detection systems, who we have worked with to create a bespoke web application that allows users on the internet to communicate with and manage fire alarm panels remotely.
Zoom
Never fear – we aren’t going to traumatise you with lockdown memories of Zoom parties, but we couldn’t resist adding this to our glossary blog. Zoom is a video conferencing service that allows users to virtually meet with others. Zoom offers both video and audio-only calls that can be taken on desktop, mobile and tablet devices. Zoom is great as it does not require users to download any software or create accounts in order to join calls, meaning it is widely accessible.
